Loja coffee is sustainably grown by small-scale farmers in the provinces of Loja and Zamora. Farmers grow coffee on slopes with other local plant species to provide shade, allow the conservation of plant and animal species, and help reduce erosion. Small-scale farmers have been cultivating arabica coffee varieties for more than 50 years.
Our coffee is hand-picked and selected to deliver a velvety, chocolatey, medium acidity, sweet flavor profile.

Our coffee has the honey benefit that consist in partially removing the pulp from the coffee fruit and the remaining is left in the bean for fermentation. The coffee beans are dried, threshed, and carefully selected by hand.
